Civil Engineering and Applied Solutions (CEAS) is an international, fully open-access, peer-reviewed quarterly journal published by the University of Mazandaran. It provides a platform for sharing innovative research and practical solutions in all areas of civil engineering, aiming to bridge the gap between theory and real-world applications to support sustainable and efficient infrastructure development (Read More ...). CEAS welcomes original research articles, review papers, and case studies covering a broad range of civil engineering disciplines.

CEAS does not charge authors any fees at any stage of submission, peer review, editing, or publication. There are no submission fees, editorial processing charges, article processing charges (APCs), page charges, color charges, language-editing fees, membership fees, withdrawal fees, or other supplementary charges. All publication costs are fully covered by the University of Mazandaran.
